Women @ Work 2024 is the second annual summit hosted in collaboration between the McKelvey Women & Engineering Center and the Olin Undergraduate Programs Office. The event aims to build community and a sense of belonging while equipping students with skills and perspectives to thrive in their careers.  

Join mentors and mentees in the Women & Engineering Leadership Society WE Pairs Program and the Pam Kendall Rijos Women’s Mentor Program for an impactful half-day event with local industry leaders. Get ready to be inspired by incredible women who will share their experiences, insights, and success stories. This summit is a fantastic opportunity for networking, learning, connecting, gaining valuable knowledge, and building meaningful relationships.
