Rachel Wallis Andreasson, MBA, is Principal of The Sixth Level Collaborative, believes that the right people enter our lives at the right time for specific purposes. She is passionate about empowering women and helping them build their networks. Rachel joined her family business during its first major acquisition, where she spent twenty-four years developing infrastructure, talent, and governance systems. She served as the first female president of the Missouri State Association for the convenience store industry and received the Leadership Award from her peers while earning her MBA at Washington University.

After holding various leadership positions, Rachel became CEO, overseeing 1,100 team members. Today, she remains a shareholder and board member, working with G3 to support the ongoing success of the business. In addition to her role in the family business, Rachel served as the Executive Director for almost seven years for the Reform synagogue where she grew up. A proud mother of three, she balances her family life with her professional commitments. As a Principal of The Sixth Level Collaborative, Rachel also serves on a bank board and is a founding member of a community foundation, where she oversees a learning center that serves one hundred children in rural Missouri. Known for her initiative, Rachel is dedicated to adding value and moving organizations forward in a purposeful way.

Lenore Albee is an Executive business leader within with over 25 years of progressive experience including P&L responsibility. Highly skilled in practice management, strategic development, mergers & acquisitions, contract negotiation, business & digital transformation, business solutions, enterprise applications integration, business process outsourcing (BPO), information technology outsourcing (ITO), shared services, technology, and project management across industries.

Erica Barnell completed her MD/PhD from the Washington University School of Medicine in 2023. Dr. Barnell is also the co-founder of Geneoscopy where she serves as the Company’s Chief Medical and Science Officer. At Geneoscopy, Dr. Barnell aided in the execution of the CRC-PREVENT clinical trial to support FDA approval of Geneoscopy’s lead diagnostic, ColoSense, which is an RNA-based test to screen average-risk individuals for colorectal cancer and advanced adenomas. Dr. Barnell is leveraging this technology to bring precision medicine approaches to individuals with IBD.

Dr. Barnell has published 29 peer-review manuscripts, holds 4 patents for Geneoscopy-related technologies, and has written two published book chapters within the field of oncology and precision medicine. Dr. Barnell was named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 list in 2020 and was awarded the Most Influential Business Women by the St. Louis Business Journal in 2021.

Tricia Copeland, Chief Information and Risk Officer and SVP at McCormack Baron, has over 20 years of strategic technology and risk management leadership. She has led teams in consulting, finance, and healthcare, including Magellan Health and First Bank. Known for building consensus and driving results, she is certified as a CISA and CGEIT. Tricia holds an MBA and Master of Information Management from Washington University and actively mentors future leaders and advocates for social justice.

Seema Mukhi Dahlheimer is the Director of the Engineering Communication Center and Teaching Professor in the Division of Engineering Education in the McKelvey School of Engineering.  She has been a McKelvey faculty member for over 16 years and is also a WashU alumna (College of Arts & Sciences, 2002).  She has also served as the president of the Association for Women Faculty (2023-2024) and as a faculty fellow in the Office of the Provost (2022-2024).  In addition to teaching and her various roles at WashU, Seema also loves to write fiction, dabble in crafting and other artistic pursuits, participate in social justice advocacy efforts in St. Louis, and spend time with her husband and two kids.

Rebecca Dohrman, Ph.D., is Senior Lecturer in Management Communication. She teaches courses in leadership, crisis communication, and management communication. Her research and consulting work has focused on developing engaging GIS and data visualization curriculum for young people to encourage high-tech professional tracks. She earned a PhD in Organizational Communication from Purdue University in 2010 and an MS in Software Development from Maryville University in 2020. She will complete the GIS certificate at Washington University in summer 2025.

Imani Smith is a Director of Product Management within the Network Products organization at Mastercard, leading a team of Product Managers in bringing new clearing services to market. In this role, she and her team are responsible for defining product vision and strategy, prioritizing new enhancements based on customer needs, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and go-to-market.

Originally from Southern California, she graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a joint BS/MBA, simultaneously earning an undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering and an MBA. After graduating in 2017, Imani joined Mastercard via their MBA Rotational Program, taking on various roles across Product and Technology, including an international role in Singapore.

Jin Sheen Yeoh graduated from WashU Engineering in 2005. She has 20 years of experience in product management, application design, change management, sales enablements, and launching of new products in the CRM, Pricing, Commercial Real Estate, and Impact Management software space. She is culturally diverse and able to communicate in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and Cantonese. Her multifaceted experience in the field partnered with strong communication and analytical skills enable her to perform effectively with clients, external partners, and team members.

Sara Taylor (BS/BME ‘99, DSc/BME ‘05) began her studies at Washington University in the early days of the Department of Biomedical Engineering. Sara’s doctoral studies focused on drug delivery and tissue engineering for spinal cord regeneration in the laboratory of Dr. Shelly Sakiyama-Elbert in BME. From 2005-2018, she was a staff scientist at Washington University School of Medicine in Neurosurgery and Pediatrics; there she established the Pediatric Brain Tumor Bank, researched drug delivery mechanisms for glioblastoma and diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma, and explored sex differences in brain cancer. Her love of the historic houses of South City St. Louis led her to start Hawthorn Home Staging in 2008.

Through her work to establish Firm Foundations Tutoring, a resource serving children who are refugees from Liberia and Burma, and South City Community School, Sara focuses on educational opportunities for children with fewer resources in the city of St. Louis. She enjoys tutoring high schoolers in math and science and teaching chemistry lessons to middle schoolers. She and her husband David are founding members of New City Fellowship South City, where she serves as a deacon supporting members with physical needs. She is the mother of three and the grandmother of one.

Jen Whitten is currently the US College Recruiting and Intern Program Manager at Intel, where she spearheads the North American campus recruiting and intern program teams. These teams cultivate relationships with US universities and community colleges, orchestrating a corporate intern program that typically welcomes over 2,000-3,000 interns and college graduates annually. Jen is at the heart of Intel’s college talent pipeline.

Before joining Intel, Jen dedicated nearly two decades to career services and higher education. Her career includes roles as an Associate Dean and career services leader at Washington University in St. Louis and Arizona State University. In these positions, she crafted and executed strategies for campus and employer recruiting, both virtual and in-person. Jen also developed models for career coaching, data and operations, and event management.

Jen’s expertise extends beyond team leadership; she has also taught MBA leadership and communication courses, sharing her knowledge and passion with future business leaders. Her work with employers has helped them build strong campus brands and implement innovative recruiting programs. Jen has mentored countless students and professionals, guiding them through pivotal career decisions at every stage, from entry-level roles to executive positions.

Outside of her professional life, Jen is an avid runner and hiker, always staying active on her Peloton. She cherishes quality time with her husband and son, making the most of every moment together.
