The Olin Undergraduate Programs Office serves as a resource in helping student organizations plan and achieve their overall goals throughout the year. Each student organization is assigned a BSBA Advisor who will support them in planning, organizing, and executing their events during the year. In addition, student organizations with a career focus will also be assigned a Weston Career Center Advisor and/or Industry Lead to support them in developing professional development opportunities for their organizations.
Each organization is required to set up an initial meeting with their advisor(s) at the beginning of each year to review yearly goals and programming ideas. During this meeting organizations will go over their goals and ideas, proposed calendar of events for the year, and budgets. In addition to the initial advisor meeting, it is expected that organizations conduct quarterly meetings with their advisors to update them on the club’s progress and share ideas about how to partner on their goals.
